Navigating Regulations and Climate-Conscious Leases

First, they will look into the application of public contract regulations in a real estate regeneration context, specifically in relation to development agreements. This will encompass a discussion on the proposed reforms that are currently being progressed through the Houses of Parliament, and whether that position is affected by the proposed procurement reforms.

Following this, some handy tips and useful considerations to keep in mind when aiming to incorporate environmentally-conscious language into leases, whether in the capacity of a landlord or as an occupier.
