A couple of RICS matters
- The RICS have responded to the MHCLG consultation white paper, Planning for the Future. I have placed this alongside our response on the Consultation page. Tony Mulhall at the RICS is happy that it is circulated to members and welcomes alternative views. He adds that there are many ways in which a new planning system could be successfully put in place and the debate will continue for some time. Tony’s email address is tmulhall@rics.org
- ACES has recently supported guidance on Procurement of Facility Management and I have placed a copy of the Code of Practice in the ACES Library. Please feel free to share with your FM colleagues.
