We are a small but effective team supporting the membership as well as the President and the rest of the Executive.

Our National Secretary, Trevor Bishop is CEO, COO and Managing Director all rolled in to one. The smooth running of the organisation, Council meetings and the AGM is all down to him.

Betty Albon is the editor of our Terrier journal (“it is not a magazine”). She produces a range of quality articles on a quarterly basis which can land with a thump on your doorstep or silently appear in your inbox as a digital edition. ACES’ Terrier is published quarterly and focuses on professional advice and other items of topical interest written by public and private sector practitioners across the spectrum of property services. Each edition regularly features between 20 and 30 articles covering the varied range of property and built environment matters that ACES’ members are involved with.

Neil Webster is our Head of Engagement which entails outreach to our public and private sector partners as well expanding our membership. He manages a series of topical webinars with our corporate members. He also leads our FACES (Future ACES) initiative, more details HERE.

Chris Hewitt is our National Treasurer who deals with all the financial aspects of running the Association.

Marcus Perry is the Branch Liaison Officer. This involves liaising with the regional branches, the lifeblood of the Association, attending branch meetings and sharing good practice employed throughout the association.
