Have any ACES members  found any portals that could be used for E-Tendering. We are about to offer several food concessions, grazing licences and other commercial opportunities to the market early in the new year. Obviously we are all working very differently now and the ability to offer an “audit compliant” way of submitting bids would make everyone’s life a little easier (and save trees/the planet!).

Please enlighten me if you have found a way – we are trying to engage with everyone from local companies right through to the one man band ice cream van so don’t want to make it too difficult or techy. Answers to  bwinstanley@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk please!
