Homes England are putting on a series of webinars specifically aimed at English Local Authorities and they have kindly provided details for ACES members.

I am delighted to let you know about the launch of the Local Government Capacity Centre’s Winter Learning Programme, which offers 16 free knowledge-sharing webinars to local government and their partners to support the development of housing and regeneration, in line with Homes England’s Strategic Plan. Attendees will gain continuing professional development (CPD) accreditation certificates after the sessions.

This is another step in our work to support local government’s capacity and skills in relation to housing delivery and regeneration, and builds on extensive research. Many thanks for your ongoing contributions to this work.

Local government is a vital partner to Homes England. Supporting the capacity that local government needs is crucial if we are to meet our joint ambitious objectives.

I am pleased to have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the sector to build further on the relationships between local government and Homes England, and to develop and share the resources, tools and best practice that is so important to us all.
