ACES FELLOWSHIP

The ACES Fellowship is awarded to individuals who have attained high office and made a major contribution to public sector property management and who have shown particular support to ACES.

The ACES Fellowship is presented to the recipient by the ACES incoming President at the ACES AGM held in November of each year.


The following persons have been awarded the Fellowship by the Association:

 

1990      Sir Christopher Howes – Chief Executive Officer, Crown Estate.

In recognition of being a leading surveyor in the world of land and buildings with a career in the public and private and academic sector.

 

1995      Clive Lewis – Deputy Chair, Merseyside Development Corporation. Past President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

In recognition of being a leading surveyor in the world of land and buildings.

 

1999      Martin  Leigh- Pollitt – Director, Land and Property Division at the DETR.

For being a supportive voice and receptive listener within the Civil Service for many years.

 

2004      Professor Ginny Gibson – Professor of Real Estate at Henley Business School.

For services to public sector property through the promotion and development of strategic corporate asset management.

 

2011      James Grierson – Senior Director and Head of Public Sector at DTZ

In recognition of many years of distinguished service to property management in the public sector.

 

2012      Keith Jones – Director, Performent Carter Consulting

For services to public sector property through providing practical support for the development of strategic corporate asset management.

 

2020      Antony Phillips – Head of Real Estate, Fieldfisher LLP

In recognition of the support that Antony has given to the Association over many years.

 

2021      Jackie Sadek – Chief Operating Officer, UK Regeneration

For the enthusiastic service and support given to the Association over many years.
