The ACES President said

"The ACES award for Excellence in Property Management showcases the good practice and excellent delivery by our members of a vast array of public sector projects.

This year we have had 6 entries from around the country which demonstrates the excellent projects our members are involved with.

This year’s winner was the Public Health England team who developed strong partnerships with a number of Local Authorities in order to share accommodation and deliver £1m in savings for the public sector. At the heart of this was the colocation strategy and the promotion of public health.

This project demonstrated a true partnership approach to collocation and the engagement of all stakeholders to achieve a successful outcome".
